What you should know – answers to frequently asked questions

Prices are per person and per night and include half-board and the Rössl comfort services. (We cook a highly praised 5-course gourmet meal for our valued hotel guests every night at no extra charge.) Half-board only offered for stays of two nights or more! Minimum price of 70,00 € with overnight accommodation and breakfast for stays of less than 4 nights.

Room with breakfast? For rooms with breakfast only, the price of your room will be reduced by 15,00 € (50% of the half-board price will be charged for children).
Arrival time? Your room will be available after approx. 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be unable to come to dinner (until 8:00 p.m.) on your arrival day.
À la carte? Dining hours in the à-la-carte restaurant are from noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. During other times you can select something from our limited menu or enjoy homemade ice cream and cake specialties.
Closed on Tuesdays.
Rooms? For double rooms occupied by only one person we charge an additional fee of between 20% and 70% depending on the season and holiday.
Underground parking? We charge 10,00 € per night for underground parking (free for Rössl’s Residence guests)
Flat rates for children in their parents’ room? Children up to 3 years of age stay in their parents’ room free of charge! We charge 22,00 € for children up to 8 years of age, 27,00 € for children ages 8 through 12, 35,00 € for children ages 12 through 14, and 45,00 € for children ages 14 through 16. These rates are per day and include half-board when staying in their parents’ room. The children’s price is reduced by 50% for overnight accommodation with breakfast only. If only one adult and one child occupy a double room, we charge 50% of the adult price for the child. For rooms occupied by three or four adults, a discount of 30% applies from the third person.
There may not be a salad buffet on theme nights and on various other days. In this case, no demands can be made for compensation or a price reduction.
Booking specific rooms? We make every effort to accommodate your requests, however, we are not able to confirm reservations for a specific room number or floor.
Rooms with a balcony or terrace: Even if confirmed in writing, rooms with balconies may have terraces or vice-versa. Balconies and terraces are deemed equivalent. This only applies for rooms in the Rössl Residence.
Dogs/pets? Your four-legged friend is welcome at our hotel. We ask that you understand that pets are not allowed access to the dining rooms or to the wellness and outdoor pool facilities (with the exception of the “Restaurantstuben” area and the garden terrace). The fee for dogs is 12,00 € per day without food.
Cancellation: Up to 60 days before the start of your vacation with no cancellation fees! We will bill you for 4 days if you cancel between 60 and 14 days before the start of your vacation. We will charge 80% of your booked reservations if you cancel within 14 days or less before the start of your vacation or in the event of a premature departure! Tip: Simply take out travel cancellation insurance from the hotel and request the form!
It is possible to pay by credit card! We do not accept payment by bank checks!
