Yoga for a Deeper Sense of Wellbeing
Pranaflow yoga brings together breath, movement, and awareness – for an experience that nurtures the whole self. Three times a week, Martina guides you through gentle, grounding yoga sessions. Her classes follow the rhythms of nature and bring your life force back into flow. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner: yoga at the Rössl helps you reconnect, recharge and be fully present.
Every Day, a Moment of Balance
Feel what nourishes you: mindful movement, gentle breathwork, and deep rest align body and mind – naturally, effectively, and soulfully.
Out & About with Georg – Hiking with Heart
With hiking guide Georg, you’ll explore the mountain world around the Rössl through local eyes. He knows the area like the back of his hand and leads you to hidden trails, scenic summits, and special places off the beaten path. Whether you’re chasing the perfect photo or soaking in the moment – these guided hikes create lasting impressions and stories worth sharing.
Exploring on Two Wheels with Willi
From leisurely riverside rides to heart-pumping climbs – bike guide Willi takes you on dynamic tours for all ability levels. With experience, humour and a great feel for pace and terrain, he shows you the best routes around the Rössl. Along the way: crisp mountain air, stunning views and the joy of experiencing South Tyrol from the saddle.
„Hiking means seeing, feeling, marvelling.”
In the mountains, I find what’s so often missing in everyday life: stillness, wide horizons, and a deep sense of connection – with nature and with myself. That’s what I want to share with our guests.
