Your main responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival to departure
- Handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest data, and issuing invoices
- Providing information about hotel services as well as excursions, hikes, and local activities
- Managing phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries
- Sending offers through the channel manager and handling reservations (phone or walk-in)
- Organizing the daily workflow at the reception
What you bring
- Experience working at a hotel reception
- Confident use of MS Office; ASA knowledge is an advantage
- Friendly, helpful, and professional manner
- Good German and Italian skills; English is a plus
- Ability to work independently, combined with teamwork skills
