Your main responsibilities

• Professional and organizational leadership of the service team
• Close cooperation with the kitchen, reception, and host family to ensure smooth operations
• Active hands-on support in service and personal care of both regular and new guests

What you bring

• Experience in service, ideally in a leadership or assistant management role
• Enthusiasm for guiding, motivating, and developing a team
• Well-groomed appearance, positive attitude, and confident, warm presence
• Reliable, structured way of working and a hands-on mentality
• Good German skills; additional languages are an advantage

Your main responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival to departure
• Handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest data, and issuing invoices
• Providing information about hotel services as well as excursions, hikes, and local activities
• Managing phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries
• Sending offers through the channel manager and handling reservations (phone or walk-in)
• Organizing the daily workflow at the reception

What you bring

• Experience working at a hotel reception
• Confident use of MS Office; ASA knowledge is an advantage
• Friendly, helpful, and professional manner
• Good German and Italian skills; English is a plus
• Ability to work independently, combined with teamwork skills
