The wines from our in-house wine shop are not just an accompaniment to the delicious menus, conjured up for you by our kitchen team. We shall be delighted to sell you the wines from our wine cellar, which mostly come from South Tyrol. You have the opportunity to become familiar with famous wines, as well as the rare treasures in our cellar at an exciting wine presentation from our proprietor, passionate wine-lover and sommelier, Erich Pircher. This allows you as our guest to take home with you a quite special memory of a wonderful holiday.
